- committing to and striving for fairness, equality, diversity and inclusivity for all, see equality, diversity and inclusion
- recognising the importance and impact of volunteering across the community and encouraging volunteering at all opportunities
- review our service approach to our community support services offer to ensure it meets local needs and is financially sustainable, see connecting communities in Elmbridge
- facilitate the delivery of affordable homes in line with our Housing and Homelessness Strategy, see housing policies and initiatives
- keeping Elmbridge safe through engagement with young people in safety initiatives in conjunction with our partners such as Surrey Fire and Rescue and Surrey Police, see Junior Citizen: empowering the next generation
- work to improve safety around our inland waterways with the Surrey Water Safety Partnership, see water safety in Elmbridge
