Car park information
Find car park locations and information on Blue Badges, motorcycles, height restrictions and faulty pay and display machines.
You can view a list or map of council-run car parks, including charges and information.
Blue Badge holders
All our pay and display car parks offer free parking for Blue Badge holders when displaying a valid Blue Badge.

Motorcycles
Motorcycles can park for free in all of our public pay and display car parks. Check the signs to see if there are allocated motorcycle bays.
Height restrictions
The Southbank, Torrington Lodge, upper Drewitts Court and Hollyhedge Road car parks all have a 2m height restriction.
Payments
You can pay with RingGo in all our car parks.
Faulty pay and display machines
We don't issue refunds for loss of any cash or card payment. We will compensate you with a full day parking voucher that you can use at any of our car parks.
If you have a problem, let us know by contacting us online and quoting the machine number and the car park location. If payment was made by card, upload a copy of the bank statement .
