Beware of parking fine text scams

We have received reports from residents about text messages, claiming to be from their local council or other parking company, asking for payment of parking fines.

Any parking text message claiming to be from us is a scam. We do not send text messages about penalties, permits or any other parking information.

If you receive a text message and think you might have a real fine, contact the parking provider through their official website or phone number, not through the link on the text message.
