Overview

An off-peak season ticket car park permit allows you to park in a specific car park for a year.

You must be a resident who:

  • does not have parking at their property
  • does not live in a controlled parking zone (CPZ)
  • lives near one of the applicable car parks

The off-peak season ticket car park permit is only valid:

  • 8am to 10am, Monday to Friday
  • 4pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday
  • all day Saturday and Sunday

At all other times you must purchase a valid pay and display ticket.

You cannot use your permit until you are notified that the permit has been authorised. Please allow up to 5 working days for your permit to be authorised.
