How to buy
You can buy a permit through the MiPermit account.

You cannot use your permit until you're notified it has been authorised. This can take up to 5 working days. (See 'after you've applied').
How to renew
You'll receive a reminder by email 28 days before your permit expires with instructions on how to continue your permit.
Renew your permit with MiPermit
Auto-renewals
If you would like your permit to automatically renew, tick the 'auto renewal' checkbox.
Renewal payments are taken 7 days before the permit expires. If for any reason the payment is not successful, you'll be notified by email and you will need to log in and renew your permit manually or contact MiPermit to renew.
To cancel your auto-renewal, contact MiPermit on contact@mipermit.com or 0345 520 7007, quoting your permit number.
After you've applied for a permit
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your application is received, and a login PIN for you to access your account.
- Your application will be forwarded to us for authorisation - we'll contact you directly if we have any questions.
- Once we've approved, you'll receive an email notification asking you to log in into your account and pay for the permit.
- Once you've paid, your permit is valid and you will not need to display anything in your vehicle.
If you change your vehicle
If you change your vehicle, you can log in to your MiPermit account to change the registration number. You must upload proof of the new vehicle.
Cancel a permit
To cancel a digital car park permit, call MiPermit on 0345 520 7007, and quote your permit number.
If you're due a refund, MiPermit will refund full unused months on your permit.
