Premises licence minor variation

You’ll need to complete the minor variation application if you need to make a small change to your club premises certificate, such as:

  • removing a licensable activity
  • reducing the hours you sell alcohol
  • making a small change to the layout of your premises

You may apply for a minor variation of a licence if the changes you propose will not impact on the licensing objectives (see statement of licensing policy). For example, minor changes to layout at a premises.

Decisions on minor variations are delegated to officers. We strongly recommend that you contact us and seek officer advice before submitting a minor variation application.
