Premises licences

Transfer a premises licence

If you take over a business and wish to continue providing licensable activities, then you must apply to transfer the premises licence.

There is a 14-day consultation period where responsible authorities can object to the application. However the application can take immediate effect.

If we don't receive any objections, we will normally grant the application.

To apply, complete both forms:
