Every 5 years we must publish a statement of licensing policy setting out how we carry out functions in support of the 4 licensing objectives:

  • the prevention of crime and disorder
  • public safety
  • the prevention of public nuisance
  • the protection of children from harm

The licensing policy was written in accordance with statutory guidance issued by the Home Office under S182 of the Licensing Act 2003.
