Opening hours

We are open from 8:45am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:45am to 4:45pm, Friday.

When you contact us

We aim to:

  • answer 80% of phone calls within 60 seconds
  • respond to letters, emails and online enquiries within 10 working days
  • acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response and resolution within 10 working days
