Simple steps to reduce your exposure
When air quality is poor, you can:
- close windows facing traffic or main roads
- avoid busy roads and choose greener routes using Clean Air Routes
- switch off your engine when parked or waiting
- limit strenuous outdoor exercise
- keep your inhaler with you if prescribed and use it as directed
