Elmbridge Borough Council invites expressions of interest for the letting of five newly constructed off-street parking spaces situated to the rear of 26–38a Cobham High Street.

The spaces are centrally located and provide a convenient and secure parking solution for local businesses, commuters and residents.

Location

The parking area is positioned directly off Cobham High Street, within easy walking distance of the town centre and its amenities.

Accommodation

• seven marked parking bays
• recently completed surfacing and lining
• each space fitted with a secure, lockable bollard
• good vehicular access and turning space

Availability

Available immediately, subject to licence/lease completion.

Terms

• flexible lease terms available
• licences to be granted by Elmbridge Borough Council
• each party to bear their own legal costs 

Rent

The council is seeking offers in the region of: £150 per space per calendar month
