You are invited to the Elmbridge Volunteer Fair on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at the Walton Centre for the Community. The event runs from 10am to 1pm.

The fair brings together local charities, community groups and organisations looking for volunteers. Those attending include Claygate Youth and Community Hub, CARE, Walton Repair Cafe and Princess Alice Hospice.

This is your chance to:

  • meet local groups and learn about their work
  • find volunteering opportunities that match your skills and interests
  • make a difference in your community

Volunteering is a great way to gain experience and confidence, meet new people and support local causes you care about.

Event details

  • Date: Wednesday 14 January 2026
  • Time: 10am to 1pm
  • Location: Walton Centre for the Community, Manor Road, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 2PB

Councillor Gill Coates, Portfolio Holder for Community Care, said:
“Volunteers are the heart of Elmbridge. This fair is a fantastic opportunity for residents to discover how they can make a real difference locally. Whether you have an hour a week or more to give, there’s a role for everyone.”
