'Hook Park’ outline planning application

The application sent to us needs some additional information, which we have requested from the developer and their agent.

We will update this page when the revised application is live.

The application has also been submitted to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and, the application is live on their website.  As a neighbouring authority, the Royal Borough has consulted Elmbridge on this application. We will put forward our views as part of their consultation in due course.

We are aware that the outline planning application for ‘Hook Park’ is live on Kingston Council’s website. It has also been submitted to Elmbridge Borough Council as this is a cross-boundary application between Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames and Elmbridge Borough Council.

We appreciate this will raise concerns among residents regarding the impact on the road network and other infrastructure including schools, GP places etc., and we can assure you that we will be scrutinising the plans in detail and considering the comments received from our community once the application is registered on our website.

The application is currently being validated by Elmbridge officers and we expect it to go live on Elmbridge’s website on 20 November 2025.
