"My congratulations go to all those who've won the award this year. Elmbridge is a great place to live and work, with our vibrant high streets and parades being at the heart of community life. This Christmas, let's support our local businesses by shopping locally, sharing recommendations, and exploring our nearest high streets to uncover new treasures."
