Tenant satisfaction measures
The Regulator of Social Housing requires all social housing providers to collect and publish data on Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). These measures give tenants the chance to provide feedback on the services they receive and help landlords understand where improvements can be made.
Elmbridge Borough Council became a registered social housing provider in June 2024. Our annual TSMs are available below.
National Tenant Satisfaction Measures
The Regulator of Social Housing also publishes national Tenant Satisfaction Measures statistics each year, allowing you to compare results across the social housing sector in England.
