Tenant satisfaction measures

The Regulator of Social Housing requires all social housing providers to collect and publish data on tenant satisfaction measures. These measures, introduced in 2023, give residents the chance to share feedback about their landlord.

Elmbridge Borough Council became a registered social housing provider in June 2024. This is the first year we have carried out these surveys.
