If you have trouble submitting your response, these tips can help you fix common problems.
I’m unable to access the online form with the security codes
Security codes must be entered carefully. Make sure there are no spaces before and after the security code.
If you receive an error message or the household is locked out, it may be because too many attempts have been made in a short amount of time. If you get this error, try again later.
I received the error message: ‘This household has already responded’
This error message means that someone in your household has already responded.
We only need one response per household, so you do not need to do anything else.
