Exercise and movement classes
Each class at our centres for the community varies in intensity, from chair-based exercises such as yoga, to more active classes such as zumba. For more information read our list of classes.
Falls prevention - strength and balance classes
- Mondays: 10am-11am and 11am to 12pm: seated strength and balance
