Exercise, movement and falls prevention classes are available to help you stay active and improve your wellbeing. 

Exercise and movement classes

Each class at our centres for the community varies in intensity, from chair-based exercises such as yoga, to more active classes such as zumba. For more information read our list of classes

Falls prevention - strength and balance classes

  • Mondays: 10am-11am and 11am to 12pm: seated strength and balance
