COVID-19 service status
Due to the closure of our Centres for the Community, the Dementia Services Social Groups are currently closed. In order to safeguard the wellbeing of our clients and carers, we have also suspended our monthly support group and social evening, which were held at the Claygate Centre.
Our Dementia Services Team remains committed to supporting our carers and clients during this time and are identifying how best to support our clients with welfare checks and a buddy shopping service to help provide shopping and prescription collection.
Our team are experienced Dementia Care specialists and will do everything to support our customers and carers with their unique needs.
Referrals will be made to external agencies where deemed appropriate to offer further support, advice and information.
For more information, please see our Coronavirus (COVID-19) page.
