The Claygate Parkinson's Group offer an opportunity to meet and socialise with people living with Parkinson’s.
You can participate in chair-based and other exercises, which are particularly beneficial for those with Parkinson’s. As well as exercise, there are lots of other activities including quizzes and discussions.
Information and advice is also available from a Parkinson's specialist and you can enjoy a freshly prepared 3-course lunch for only £6.10.
