Opening hours
The Claygate Centre is currently open to members on Mondays and Thursdays from 10am to 3pm until Monday 13 July, with a reduced service.
From Tuesday 14 July, the centre will temporarily close to members while Claygate Community Alliance prepares to take over the running of the centre from September 2026.
We will be in touch with clients individually to discuss alternative options for the days when the centre is closed.
The Dementia Service will operate as normal until the end of August.
We understand this may feel unsettling and we are very grateful for your patience and understanding.
Membership
Your Centre for the Community membership continues at no charge until the Centre closes temporarily on 14 July 2026. For details of membership during the temporary closure and beyond, please emailinfo@claygatecommunityalliance.org.
Room hire
We’re not taking on new bookings at the moment. This is because the Centre is in the process of transitioning to Claygate Community Alliance, who will be responsible for managing bookings and activities in the future.
Once the new arrangements are in place, they will be able to confirm future availability and hiring options. In the meantime, please e-mail info@claygatecommunityalliance.org
Travel and parking
Claygate Centre for the Community is easily accessible by bus. Bike racks and onsite parking are also available.
