Landlord responsibility

If you get payments from us on behalf of your tenant, you must tell us about:

  • changes to the amount of rent charged
  • changes in services included within the rent
  • changes in the number of people living in the property
  • if the tenant is 8 or more weeks in arrears with their rent
  • a tenancy that is coming to an end and, if possible, the moving out date of the tenant
  • any circumstance resulting in rent payments being withheld
