Concerned about an adult or child

Contact the Surrey Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to report a concern about the safety of a child, young person or an adult:

Social care staff are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Police in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) operate 7 days a week (excluding bank holidays):

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8am to 4pm

To report a concern directly to the police that isn’t an emergency, call 101.

If you’re worried about the immediate safety of a child, young person or adult, call 999.
