Concerned about an adult or child

Contact the Surrey Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) if you would like to report a concern about the safety of a child, young person or an adult:

The social care staff hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The police staff in the MASH operate a 7-day service (excluding bank holidays), working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

If you wish to report concerns directly to the Police, please call 101, or in an emergency where the immediate safety of a child, young person or adult is at risk, dial 999.Elmbridge safeguarding policies
