When signing up for planning alerts, you will be asked to:
- add your contact details
- choose the address around which you would like to be notified of nearby planning applications
- choose a search area based on a 100, 250, 500 or 1000 metre radius, which is taken from the centre of the saved address point
- select whether you would like alerts to include decided application within your search area
What you receive
When you sign up, you will receive an email alert the day after a planning application has been registered or decided (optional) within your chosen area. If there are no new applications or no changes to an existing application, you will not receive an email alert.
