Street naming and numbering charges
All street naming and numbering fees increase annually on 1 April in line with Consumer Price Inflation (CPI).

| Fee for non-compliance with approved street naming and numbering scheme post completion or sale (developers or SNN applicants liability) | £1,000 + £46 per plot |
