Parking fine refund

Claim a refund for an incorrectly issued parking fine.

Some parking fines (also known as Penalty Charge Notices or PCNs) were issued incorrectly due to a procedural error.

If you paid a parking fine in one of our council car parks, you may be able to claim a refund.

We are sorry for this mistake and want to make it quick and simple for you to get your money back.

Check if you can claim a refund

Enter your vehicle registration into the application form.

The form will check whether your vehicle received a parking fine in error.

If your vehicle registration is found, you will be able to proceed with your claim.

Apply for a parking fine refund

If you cannot apply online, call us on 01372 474 474.
