Overview

Digital car park permits for people on lower incomes are available across the borough. 

Who can apply

To be eligible for this permit you must: 

  • work within Elmbridge close to the car park you want to use
  • earn less than the national minimum wage plus 20% of the national minimum wage

Example of maximum income:

  • national minimum wage: £12.21
  • plus 20% of national minimum wage: £2.44
  • maximum hourly rate: £14.65

The maximum hourly rate will increase in line with changes to the national minimum wage. For full details, read the terms and conditions.
