Digital permits for people on lower income

Overview

Digital car park permits for people on lower incomes are available across the borough. To be eligible for this permit you must work within Elmbridge close to the car park you wish to use and earn less than the national minimum wage + 20% of the national minimum wage.

Example of maximum income:

  • national minimum wage: £12.21
  • plus 20% of national minimum wage: £2.44
  • maximum hourly rate: £14.65

The maximum hourly rate will increase in line with any changes to the national minimum wage. Full details are shown in the terms and conditions.

Apply for the permit online. Permits are available to buy monthly or annually.
