Height barriers over the entrance and two exit lanes at Hollyhedge Road car park in Cobham will be installed over the next few days, starting Wednesday 24 July.
The height barriers are being installed to protect the car park from fly tipping and unauthorised encampments.
The car park will remain open while the works take place.
