Elmbridge Cabinet on 16 November will consider a proposal for the potential future development of the Torrington Road car park site in Claygate. The potential development of council sites will always have the interests of a thriving community at its heart, and for this particular site may include retail and residential opportunities and well as the retention of parking spaces on site.
The possibilities around this site are still at an early stage and no formal arrangements have been agreed. Any development would of course go through the planning process including offering residents and businesses the opportunity to comment.
