We are aware of social media concerns that Hersham Library run by Surrey County Council, will be closed due to the library site being referenced in the Elmbridge draft Local Plan. This is not the case. The draft Local Plan states that any redevelopment of the Hersham Library (in 11-15years), would need to allow for a library to be reprovided.
