As part of our Sustainable Elmbridge work, we recently partnered with CSR Sustain to help us meet the minimum energy efficiency requirements (MEES) on 150 properties and support us with MEES compliance.
As of Summer 2022, we achieved 96% compliance against the April 2023 MEES deadline.
