We must review our statement of licensing policy under the Gambling Act 2005 every 3 years.
Our current policy expires on 31 December 2026.
We are consulting on a revised draft policy and would like your views.
What the policy covers
The policy sets out how gambling premises operators should run their businesses and support our priorities to:
- reduce crime levels
- make sure Elmbridge has a safe, attractive and vibrant leisure offer for residents, businesses and visitors
What has changed
We have made minor updates to the current policy to produce a revised draft.
Consultation dates
The consultation starts on 25 June 2026 and ends at midnight on 20 August 2026.
