Temporary event notice (TEN)

Submit a TEN

You need to include the following details in your application:

  • a personal licence number if you have a personal licence
  • the premises licence or club premises certificate number if it is licensed to sell alcohol, provide regulated entertainment, or serve food after 11pm

Submit a Temporary Event Notice

You will need to submit your completed form and pay the correct fee. Payments are non refundable. The fee is for acknowledging the notice and cannot be refunded regardless of the outcome or errors when submitting.
