A polling station is the building where you go to vote, unless you have chosen to vote by post.
About a month before an election you will be sent a poll card advising you of the election and which polling station you need to go to in order to vote. You don't need to take the poll card with you in order to vote.
Find my polling station using My Neighbourhood.
The following polling stations have moved from the usual location, for the elections on 6 May only:
- Walton Central JC polling district - will now be voting in Elmgrove Hall, Hersham Road, Walton on Thames, KT12 1LH and not the Christian Science Church
- Hersham Village MB polling district - will now be voting in All Saints Roman Catholic Church (Small) Hall, 13 Queens Road, Hersham, KT12 5LU and not the Hersham Sports and Social (Comrades) Club
- Hersham Village MC polling district - will now be voting in Hersham Baptist Church, Arch Road, Hersham, KT12 4QR, and not the Hersham Youth Centre
Polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm on polling day. All polling stations are accessible to people with mobility disabilities, and in some cases temporary ramping is provided for polling day.
