Polling stations

Find your polling station and more election information with the Electoral Commission search tool.

A polling station is the building where you go to vote, unless you have chosen to vote by post.

About a month before an election you will be sent a poll card advising you of the election and which polling station you can vote at.  You don't need to take the poll card with you to vote.

Remember to bring photo ID with you to vote in the polling station.  See Voter Photo ID to find out more about what types of photo ID are accepted.

Opening times

Polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm on polling day.

See help for disabled voters to find out more about polling station accessibility.
