This form is not for making a new application for a discount, exemption or relief.
We review Council Tax reductions because we have a duty to ensure reductions are correct. Sometimes people forget to tell us when their circumstances change, for example the number of adults living at their address changes. Some reductions (including Disabled Relief) by law require an annual application to confirm eligibility.
