Service update: changes at the centre
As part of the Connected Communities programme, plans are progressing for Voices of Hope to take on the running of the Centre.
The Centre will remain open as usual on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm until Friday 24 July. It will then close throughout August while building works are carried out ahead of the transition.
Voices of Hope plan to reopen the Centre in early September. Find out more about Voices of Hope and their work in the community.
Clients who currently attend via Community Transport will be contacted and offered the option to attend another centre during this period.
Room hire at the centre
Please note, we are not taking new bookings at the moment.
Once the new arrangements are in place, Voices of Hope will be able to confirm future availability and hire options. They can be contacted directly at info@voh.org.uk.
Travel and parking
Hersham Centre for the Community is easily accessible by bus. Bike racks and limited car parking is available onsite with additional pay and display parking nearby.
Payments in centres
We accept cash for all payments in our centres, including for refreshments, lunches, activities, special events and membership.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept card payments.
