The Civic Centre offers a range of rooms and is conveniently located in Esher, near the A3 – easy to get to by road or rail with parking nearby.

Rooms
All our rooms offer a range of different layouts and full audio and visual equipment including hearing loops, and most have full air conditioning.
Our Council Chamber, the largest room, can seat between 74-146 people while our smaller committee rooms are suitable for events of up to 25 people and feature a full range of facilities – perfect for training, seminars and meetings. These smaller meeting rooms can be joined together to form larger meeting rooms able to host up to 50 people.
Refreshments and catering
We can provide tea, coffee and biscuits or a full buffet service from our on-site caterers. All the rooms have water chillers for drinking water at no charge.
