Are you looking for a location for your event? Whether business, club or society the Elmbridge Civic Centre may be the perfect venue for your seminar, training day, conference or presentation.
The Civic Centre offers a range of rooms and is conveniently located in Esher, near the A3 – easy to get to by road or rail with parking nearby.

Rooms
All our rooms offer a range of different layouts and full audio and visual equipment including hearing loops, and most have full air conditioning.
Our Council Chamber, the largest room, can seat between 74 to 146 people, while our smaller committee rooms are suitable for events of up to 25 people and feature a full range of facilities – perfect for training, seminars and meetings. These smaller meeting rooms can be joined together to form larger meeting rooms hosting up to 50 people.

All rooms have water chillers for drinking water. Catering can be arranged via our registered external caterer on request. Contact us for more details.
