Seema is our Senior Independent Living Manager, recently promoted from Molesey Centre Manager. She is committed to supporting the Elmbridge community and has been working at EBC for five years.
She has recently taken on the centralisation of the Meals on Wheels service pilot and is helping to support the team through the Elmbridge Connects strategy. Seema is also a graduate of KBA's Strategic Leadership Programme. The programme, recognised by the ILM at Level 7 equivalent, consists of modules on leading strategic change, strategy to implementation, powerful personal leadership and leading high-performance teams. She is grateful for the learning support available at Elmbridge.
Most of all Seema is about people - she has always enjoyed working with people and seeing the positive results of helping make other's lives better.
