Kim started her career in planning at Elmbridge in 2001. However, the majority of her planning life has been spent at The Greater London Authority with a career spanning three Mayors of London; Ken, Boris and Sadiq. In 2017 Kim returned bringing her wealth of experience back to us.
Kim was excited by the opportunity to return to Elmbridge and lead the planning service in a forward-looking, innovative and progressive authority. Her experience, ideas and genuine enthusiasm has seen Kim thrive in her role.
