Change of address for benefits claims

The proof you will need to notify us you are moving in or out of the borough.

Moving within the borough

Complete the change of address form on My Account

You will also need to provide:

  • a tenancy agreement for the new home, including start date, rent charges (breakdown of rent) or letter from the landlord showing these details

Moving out of the borough

Complete the change of address form on My Account

Temporary moves

If there is any rent liability at the temporary address, you will need to provide:

  • proof of rent
