This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 - On two pages the element ID is not unique, the form elements are not grouped and the “u” tag has been used to format text.
This also fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 - Links are only identified by colour on some pages.
This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.1 - Link text is used for multiple different destinations on some pages.
This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 2.4.4 - A few images do not have a text alternative.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are working with our third-party supplier to investigate, and where possible, fix the issues identified. We plan for this work to be completed by December 2020.
