This accessibility statement applies to My Neighbourhood.

This website is run by Elmbridge Borough Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix online maps and mapping services, as long as essential information is provided in an accessible digital manner for maps intended for navigational use.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are working with our third party supplier to upgrade the My Neighbourhood pages to iShare version 5.8 which is fully compliant with level AA of WCAG 2.1.
