Development management privacy notice

This privacy notice sets out the data processing practices carried out using the internet and any other electronic communications networks by the Planning Services department of Elmbridge Borough Council. The data controller is Elmbridge Borough Council.

Please note that all data captured will be used and held in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation.

How your information will be used

We collect information about you to carry out tasks necessary to provide you a service. Depending on your reason for providing them to us, these may include:
