An off-peak season ticket car park permit allows you to park in a specific car park for a year depending on which one you choose.
You must be a resident who:
- does not have parking at their property and
- does not live in a controlled parking zone (CPZ) and
- lives near one of the applicable car parks below
The off-peak season ticket car park permit is only valid during these times:
- 8am to 10am, Monday to Friday
- 4pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday
- all day Saturday and Sunday
At all other times you have to purchase a valid pay and display ticket.

The annual fee for a resident car park permit is £100.

If you are approved to receive an off-peak season ticket, it will be posted within 5 working days once we have received the full application, with payment and valid proofs. We will contact you if we are unable to process your request.
Terms and conditions

A false application, improper use or defacing/amending of the season ticket will render it invalid.

Season tickets remain the property of the Council. The Council retains the right to withdraw or cancel a season ticket at any time.

A season ticket must be displayed inside the windscreen so that the information on the ticket face can be read from outside and the driver must park according to the regulations governing the operation of the car park.
