Services to support residents during the pandemic

Welfare calls

If you are clinically vulnerable/were advised to shield during the last lockdown, you can contact us on 01372 474 900 or email for help accessing services for food, medicine and general welfare.

Meals on wheels

Our full meal services is available, with hot lunch and cold supper/breakfast services available 7 days a week to residents of Elmbridge, and our Monday to Friday service for residents of Leatherhead, Fetcham and Bookham.

Dementia services

Dementia services are supporting carers and clients with welfare calls, our Smile with Us newsletter and monthly support group outdoors (maximum 6 attendees).  The service can also provide information, advice and support to carers and clients by phone and email.

Community alarm

The team can help with a range of products, giving clients the confidence to live independently at home. We are currently running a reduced service providing mobile alarm units only, and have put in place a range of processes and procedures to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

Community transport

Dial-a-ride services are back in operation, providing transport services across the borough to residents with a mobility impairment. Up to two clients from the same household may travel at one time.

CSVA (Central Surrey Voluntary Action)

We are working closely with CSVA to ensure help is given to those most in need. The CSVA is providing aid to vulnerable residents who may need support with shopping and other essential provisions. During the current national lockdown, CSVA will also be able to assist with collecting medication.
