Find out what 2018/19 holds for Elmbridge
Elmbridge residents and businesses are invited to attend our Annual Public Meeting on Wednesday 17 January from 6-9pm at the Civic Centre. This event is the latest in the My Elmbridge programme which aims to consult, engage and inform residents about local services.
The evening will begin with a drop-in session which will showcase how Council services and partner agencies have made a difference in Elmbridge during 2017. Services will each run a stand displaying their work in addition to giving residents the opportunity to talk directly to Officers about local issues.
From 7pm residents will hear about the Council’s plans for 2018/19 by the Leader of the Council. The event will end with a question and answer session during which residents can put questions to the Leader and Cabinet.
Councillor Stuart Selleck, Leader of Elmbridge Borough Council, encourages residents to come along and hear about the future of the Borough: “Our Annual Public Meeting is a great opportunity for residents to hear first-hand how we are working to improve local services. 2017 was a busy year for Elmbridge, from developing our new Vision and Priorities to opening the Xcel Sports Hub, while 2018/19 promises to be just as important for the Borough. I would recommend that residents don’t miss this chance to directly engage with Officers and Councillors about the future of Elmbridge.”
Due to seating capacity at the Civic Centre residents are asked to register their attendance online.
