Applications for the community planting and landscaping fund (or Green Infrastructure Improvement Fund) are now closed. Funding will be awarded in March 2021.
This on-off fund was open to charities, community interest companies, parish councils, voluntary groups, schools, scouting and girlguiding groups, and other not-for-profit organisations, for a variety of projects including:

Community gardens or allotment associations

In-Bloom groups

New planters/flower troughs

Landscape infrastructure improvements: seating, shelters, raised beds, signs, sculptures and other landscaping features

any other projects that would contribute to making Elmbridge a green and brighter borough.
The fund cannot be used for planting or landscaping projects on private land.
Maximum amount applied for: £5,000. Partnership funding is encouraged, but in some cases (i.e. for new groups), is not essential.
