Exercise and movement

We run a number of activities and classes at our centres for the community to help you stay active and improve your wellbeing.

Each session varies in intensity from chair-based exercises such as yoga, to more active classes such as zumba. For more information see our list of classes or get in touch with your local centre for the community .
