This accessibility statement applies to the online forms and online account (Granicus).  

This website is run by Elmbridge Borough Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software

  • The colour of the text (on hover focus) and the colour of the background have insufficient contrast.

  • The italics tag “i” tag is used to highlight text in the footer menu of our forms website.

Our supplier has been informed of these issues and we are waiting for a timescale for them to be fixed.
